2. Purpose and legal basis of processing

You have the opportunity to participate in the exhibition "THE FINAL BID" in the form of bidding on a chair through this website and subsequently buying it as the highest bidder. For this purpose, we process the personal data you provide: First name, last name and e-mail address, as well as the bid price in connection with your data set.

We process your data in order to handle the bidding process.

You can give us your consent to contact you in case of a losing bid when the highest bidder has withdrawn his bid. We will then contact you by email and offer you the chair at the highest bid. The legal basis is in this case Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.

3. Categories of recipients of the personal data

For the realization of the website, we use order processors who offer technical services, such as the hosting of the website. We have concluded an data processing agreement for this purpose.

4. Storage duration

We store your data until the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract with you. We do not use this data for any other purpose than the one stated above.
